Project Details: The Flanders 4 Plex is a multi-unit commercial project in the heart of the City of Portland. Western Construction, LLC was contracted under Evergreen Homes to preform all site prep and development actions to include- clearing, grading, building prep, installation of sanitary, storm and drainage lines.
