The Flanders 4 Plex is a multi-unit commercial project in the heart of the City of Portland. Western Construction, LLC was contracted under Evergreen Homes to preform all site prep and development actions to include- clearing, grading, building prep, installation of sanitary, storm and drainage lines. Along with a highly sophisticated fire suppression system. 5/18/2018- Ongoing
